Rep. Emanuel Cleaver, a longstanding member of the U.S. Congress representing Missouri's 5th district, shared several insights on November 18, 2024, regarding the impacts of the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law. His tweets highlighted various projects and initiatives funded by this legislation that are benefiting his constituents.

In one post, Cleaver noted the creation of jobs and enhancement of local infrastructure due to the law's provisions. He mentioned that "Not only is the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law creating quality jobs for Missouri workers, but it’s funding critical projects throughout #MO05 to the benefit of our communities, like $10 million to improve traffic safety along Prospect Ave."

Cleaver also emphasized efforts towards community revitalization under President Biden's administration in another tweet. He stated that "With @POTUS’ commitment to revitalize communities that are often overlooked, the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law included funding to clean up blighted areas and spur additional investment—like the $4.5 million to clean up Former Hardesty Federal Complex."

Further addressing infrastructure beyond transportation networks, Cleaver highlighted investments aimed at ensuring safe drinking water for communities. He remarked: "But infrastructure is more than just roads and bridges—it’s what helps deliver safe, clean drinking water to our homes and schools, which is why the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law is making historic investments to replace lead pipes in every community."
