Ashlyn Cook, former Lee's Summit Senior High School standout, played on Saturday, Feb. 1 in NCAA Division II softball game

On Saturday, Feb. 1, former Lee's Summit Senior High School standout Ashlyn Cook’s current college team, the Central Washington Wildcats, lost 3-2 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Hawaii Pacific Sharks.

The game took place at Gary & Bobbi Frederick Field. This was their first matchup against the Sharks this season.

The Wildcats’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 15 at 10:30 a.m. at Pedretti Park against Sonoma State Seawolves.
