Saturday, Feb. 1: Blue Springs South High School standout Mac Collins’ college team loses to New Mexico Highlands Cowboys

On Saturday, Feb. 1, former Blue Springs South High School standout Mac Collins’ current college team, the Newman Jets, lost 12-7 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the New Mexico Highlands Cowboys.

The game took place at Feland Field (Cypert Athletic Complex). This was their first matchup against the Cowboys this season.

The Jets’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 2 at 1 p.m. at Feland Field (Cypert Athletic Complex) against New Mexico Highlands Cowboys.
