On Saturday, Feb. 1, Blue Springs South High School standouts, including Colby Deaver, competed in an NCAA Division II baseball game for Missouri Western Griffons

On Saturday, Feb. 1, three former Blue Springs South High School standouts, including Colby Deaver, Diego Rodriguez and Quinton Robertson’s current college team, the Missouri Western Griffons, lost 7-4 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Harding Bisons.

The game took place at Jerry Moore Field. This was their first matchup against the Bisons this season.

The Griffons’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 1 at 3 p.m. at Jerry Moore Field against Harding Bisons.
