Sunday, March 30: Blue Springs High School standout Mitchell Smith’s college team loses to Northwest Missouri State Bearcats

On Sunday, March 30, former Blue Springs High School standout Mitchell Smith’s current college team, the Rogers State Hillcats, lost 8-5 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Northwest Missouri State Bearcats.

The game took place at Bearcat Baseball Field. This was their third matchup against the Bearcats this season.

The Hillcats’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, April 1 at 2:30 p.m. at Wendell Simmons Field against Central Oklahoma Bronchos.
