On Wednesday, March 26, Blue Springs South High School standouts, including Colby Deaver, competed in an NCAA Division II baseball game for Missouri Western Griffons

On Wednesday, March 26, three former Blue Springs South High School standouts, including Colby Deaver, Diego Rodriguez and Quinton Robertson’s current college team, the Missouri Western Griffons, won 4-0 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Northwest Missouri State Bearcats.

The game took place at Griffon Baseball Field. This was their first matchup against the Bearcats this season.

The Griffons’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, April 1 at 5 p.m. at Griffon Baseball Field against Emporia State Hornets.
