On Friday, Feb. 7, former Blue Springs High School standout Mitchell Smith’s college team won in an NCAA Division II baseball game

On Friday, Feb. 7, former Blue Springs High School standout Mitchell Smith’s current college team, the Rogers State Hillcats, won 10-6 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Upper Iowa Peacocks.

The game took place at RCB Bank Sports Complex. This was their first matchup against the Peacocks this season.

The Hillcats’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 8 at 11 a.m. at RCB Bank Sports Complex against Upper Iowa Peacocks.
